TOP-NOTCH CORN HARVESTING? ONLY WITH BRUTA!
Seeking to offer greater operational efficiency for our customers, we developed the BRUTA S2 corn harvesting header (series 2). With a lighter and more structured chassis, it supports up to 26 rows and is already considered a benchmark in terms of performance and yield, winning over customers in several Latin American countries.
Available sizes:
– The BRUTA S2 corn header has 10 chassis sizes that accommodate 18 to 26 45 cm rows, as well as a wide variety of different spacings*.
– Couplings available for virtually all combine models.
Prevents losses in lodged corn?
– The KF headers have a unique harvesting angle, allowing work closer to the ground for better collection of lodged corn.
– The lower side ridge adjustment reduces losses due to fallen plants. – Adjustable nozzle height allows for adaptation to working conditions.
Prevents losses in dry corn.
– Exclusive triple straw return blocker system.
– 6 row rotation options and 3 conveyor auger options to adapt to the best working speed.
Prevents losses in intercropped corn.
– Bearings on the ends of the picker rollers ensure greater rigidity, allowing the cleaning blades to be closer together, preventing clogging.
Practicality:
– Optional adjustment of the opening of all de-stalking plates simultaneously. This can be done using a key on the side of the machine or via an electric actuator with remote control.
– Side fairing with 3 height positions adapts to any harvesting situation.
Durability/Robustness:
– The platform’s side transmission uses reinforced chains and has a quick lubrication system. – A torque limiter system acts simultaneously on each half of the platform, protecting the system from damage caused by obstacles entering the lines.
Weight:
– Several components are made of aluminum, such as the transmission housings, pick-up roller ends, toe caps, and chain guides.
Lower maintenance costs:
– Replaceable pick-up roller fins; there is no need to replace the entire roller if worn.
