When this Privacy Policy mentions “Industrial KF”, “KF”, “we”, “us” or “our”, as well as the grammatical variations of the first-person plural, the reference is being made to INDÚSTRIA DE MÁQUINAS E IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLAS K.F. LTDA, a private legal entity, registered under CNPJ nº 00.717.453/0001-33, headquartered at Rua Costa e Silva, nº 550, CEP 98.970-000, in the Municipality of Cândido Godoi/RS, controller of the personal data collected and processed by the website ‘https://www.industrialkf.com.br/’.
2. What personal data is processed?
We only process the personal data obtained through the use of the Website, always for purposes clearly indicated in this Policy and based on one of the legal grounds established by Law nº 13.709/2018. The collected data includes:

e. Personally identifiable information will not be sold or rented by KF;
f. The User is co-responsible for the confidentiality of their personal data. Sharing passwords, logins, and access data, if generated, violates this Privacy Policy and the Website’s Terms of Use;
g. Emails requesting the User to provide registration data will not be sent;
h. Internally, the data we collect is accessed only by duly authorized professionals, respecting the principles of proportionality, necessity, and relevance for the objectives of our Website, as well as the commitment to confidentiality and preservation of privacy, under the terms of this Privacy Policy;
i. The Processing of Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data is carried out in good faith and in compliance with the principles set forth in Article 6 of Law nº 13.709/2018;

11. General Provisions
a. We do not use any type of automated decision that impacts the User.
b. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, as needed, for compliance with legal provisions or regulations with equivalent legal force. It is the User’s responsibility to verify it whenever accessing the Website.
c. Updates to this Policy that require new consent collection will be notified via the User’s registered e-mail.
d. If third-party companies process any of the data we collect, they must respect the conditions set out herein and our Information Security rules.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language, with the Court of the Judicial District of Industrial KF’s domicile elected to settle any disputes or controversies involving this Privacy Policy, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, no matter how privileged.

We do not intentionally collect personal information from or about any underage individuals, whether children or adolescents. o. NATIONAL AUTHORITY: Public administration body responsible for ensuring, implementing, and overseeing compliance with this Law throughout the national territory;
p. PERSONAL DATA BREACH: A security violation that accidentally or unlawfully causes the destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored, or otherwise processed.
